Tax-Free Childcare can be used to pay for our before and/or after school provisions and/or our after school clubs only.

If you are eligible to pay via Tax-Free childcare, you will need to link your Tax-Free Childcare account to Bungay Primary School via our URN (unique reference number) which is 144443.

Unfortunately, the Arbor app does not directly communicate with the Tax-free childcare scheme and we have to undergo a payment process as part of our audit trail. In order for us to be able to allocate any payments made via Tax-Free Childcare onto Arbor, we need the following information from you each time that you top up the account:

- How much has been topped up

- The date of the top up

- The reference code that is linked to the account - this will look something like 'ZQXF3579TFC'.

Once we have this information, we can then allocate the payment onto Arbor and the outstanding amount showing will then reflect this. 

You can view payment information such as invoices and your top up history at any time on the Arbor app - we do not send a 'bill' as Arbor logs this information automatically.

If you wish to pay via an alternative childcare voucher scheme such as Edenred, please let us know as this is slightly different.
